Following are the activities and responsibilities undertaken by us, • Providing uniformed security personnel • Security checks of establishments premises • Scrutiny of incoming/outgoing materials • Visitors control • Frisking of employees • Fire control measures and handling of fire fighting equipment • Preventive measures against theft, pilferage and sabotage • Telephone/Reception duties • Protection of personal equipment and materials with in establishment area. • Event management like AGMs, Fashion Shows, Music Shows etc. Criterion of Selection, Training, Deployment and Supervision of Security Personnel Minimum Qualification/ Age 10th Pass and not above 50 years Height 5' 7"(Relaxation of 2" for Eastern region). Weight/Fitness As per the standard Male wt. chart. should be physically fit and mentally alert. Training Qualified and well trained security personnel are provided. They have basic knowledge of general duties of fire fighting. Uniform Uniform for summer & winter is provided to all the security personnel. Turnout Smartly uniformed, proper hair cut and shaving. Performance of Duties Apart from carrying out the normal duties of a security guard, they will also perform duties within the parameters/framework of client's special instructions. Motivation High level of motivation level will be maintained. Supervision /checks Regular visits as well as surprise checks are made by our officers at all sites to check the performance, alertness and turnout of the deployed guards Incentive Security guards are given incentive for doing good job / performance. Behavior and Conduct The behavior and personal conduct of security personnel will be polite and they shall strictly follow the site instruction given to them.
